Priyadarshi Sharma, Mentor and Managing Director (International and European Operations)

Popularly known as ‘PD’, Priyadarshi is the man with the vision, the man who thought, and brought into existence - Mutual PR. A management graduate with more than 25 years of experience in the area of corporate communication and consultancy, he has an extensive knowledge and insight into the dynamics of the business world and the way communication is carried out. He has been instrumental in establishing the overseas presence of the company, along with developing a strong relationship with editors and the media across India.

PD did his first MBA from Australia and recently did his second MBA program from University of Warwick, UK. He began his career with the East-West Airlines, and in 1995 along with his Partner Pravin Dubey founded Mutual Public Relations. A strategist for the core, PD oversees the corporate advisory services – to enable global companies set-up base in India. He has worked with clients like Alcatel, Nortel, Adobe, Sylvania-Havells, Oracle, TelitWireless, Reebok-Adidas and many others across geographies and has core expertise in IT, Telecom, Electronics, Renewable Energy, Machine and Precision Engineering and Waste Water Management sectors. Having worked across different cities within India and globally, he moved to Germany to set up company's European operations.

Once he found a stronghold, he never looked back and has since been working on the global expansion of Mutual PR; making strong impressions and partners in the USA, the UK, Germany, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, China, Singapore, the UAE, Canada, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Czech Republic, Sri Lanka, etc. Owing to this extensive exposure, and a thorough understanding of the international dynamics he has been in association with many embassies and foreign delegations resulting in successful multiplication of the FDI in India. PD has worked on numerous Government and Public Affairs, and Mutual GmbH is also working closely with the Make in India Mittelstand program in Germany. This program launched by the Indian Embassy helps German companies to start businesses in India. Mutual Germany works closely with the India Embassy and the consulates by bringing its expertise and assisting German companies in establishing themselves in India.

He displays excellent crisis management skills and was the one actively involved along with his partner, in tackling the Vodafone Hutchinson tax case, Jet Airways crisis, TCL and Baron crisis amongst other projects.

An ardent sportsperson and an athlete, he plays hockey with a club in Hamburg. He is also an ardent Cross Country runner and takes part in events across Germany. With noteworthy oratory skills and his expertise, get him invited to numerous events as a speaker. A people person at large, he sure knows how to establish and maintain relationships. He loves traveling and is fluent in English, Hindi, and German. He also has basic knowledge of Chinese and French which helps him further to foster relationships.
